SHIPPING POLICY

We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders. 1. Shipping Timeframe

Once your purchase is confirmed on our website and approved by the payment processor, your order will be shipped within a maximum of 7 business days.

As soon as your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking code, allowing you to monitor the delivery status. Tracking is available through our system.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe – 6 to 15 business days

  • North America – 5 to 10 business days

  • Central America – 7 to 25 business days

  • South America – 7 to 25 business days

Deliveries are carried out exclusively by local postal services.

Delivery times may be extended due to force majeure or unforeseeable events, such as strikes, local or national holidays, severe weather conditions, and other circumstances. Order processing begins only after payment has been confirmed.

You will receive email updates at every stage of the order processing.

Deliveries are made during the working hours of local postal services or couriers, except on public holidays. Specific delivery dates or time slots cannot be scheduled.

Authorized recipients include: doormen, receptionists, family members, or other identified third parties, provided they sign the delivery receipt in accordance with local postal service policies.
